Our Wedding Package Includes:
- Our Barn facility and Pavilion overlooking a picturesque pond on 13 acres of land
- 2400 square feet of indoor space for your wedding and/or reception complete with 13 Crystal Chandeliers. This area can easily accommodate 130-150 guests comfortably.
- 720 square feet outdoor space under our side porch also can be used for seating or cocktail area complete with Edison Lighting
- 850 square feet of outdoor space on our back patio complete with Edison Lighting
- The 2400 square foot outdoor open-air Pavilion complete with Edison Lighting and a beautiful stone fireplace

- Exclusive use of the property for the entire day (Setup for your vendors begins at 10 am, Music must end no later than 11 pm and all personal items and décor must be removed no later than 12am)

- Golf cart service for your guests as they arrive to the venue (This service begins one hour prior to your ceremony and ends at the end of the event)

Chivari Chairs
- If you are using the Chivari chairs for the ceremony as well as the reception. There is a chair re-set fee of $0.75 per chair.
- Chivari chairs are only permitted for Barn & Pavilion use only.
Payment
- We offer a 10% discount to active military
- We do not combine discounts (only one discount per event package)
• We require a 50% (non-refundable) deposit of the rental rate to secure your date along with the rental agreement.
- 2nd payment due 60 days prior to the event date.
- Final balance due 30 days prior to the event date.
• We require a $500 security deposit (refundable) for any damages that may occur and is due 30 days prior to the event along with the remaining balance (This is a credit card on file)
Bar
- The Barn maintains an ABC permit, therefore all alcohol must be handled and served exclusively by BARC bar staff. We do not allow alcohol brought in by the client.
Rentals
The Barn’s sister company (Heirloom at Rock Creek) has a large collection of rental items available for your special day.
Day Time Events
- 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM unless otherwise requested
- Minimum 0f 3 hour
- $200/hour
- Event times begin at 9:00 AM and include a minimum of 3-hour time blocks.
- Additional hours can be added, but will be billed at our nightly rate.
- Each additional hour $275
Night Time Events:
- 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM unless otherwise requested
- Minimum 0f 3 hours
- $275/hour
- Event times begin at 5:00 PM and include a minimum of 3-hour time blocks.
Additional Amenities:
Upstairs Use: $250
Golf cart Shuttle service: $250, this includes 2 carts and 2 drivers for the duration of your event.
Day of event coordinator: $100/hour
Bar:
Cash, Consumption or Packages available for your event.
The Barn at Rock Creek maintains an ABC permit therefore all alcoholic beverages must be handled and served exclusively by The Barn’s bar staff.
We require a 50% deposit of the rental rate due at the time of signing the rental agreement.

Details
- We have an In-House coordinator available for each event. This would be billed at a rate of $100/hour based on the needs of client. (This service is not required)
- During peak season (March-June) (September-December) Saturday rates are full venue price at $5,250
- Bar options are cash, consumption or package. The Barn maintains an ABC permit, therefore all alcohol must be handled and served exclusively by BARC bar staff
- Vendors/Clients can arrive to set up (2) hours prior to contracted time. (1) hour for cleanup after contracted time. These times are included in your price and are not considered “event time”.
- The Barn at Rock Creek will set up tables and chairs prior to the event.
- If your event requires Golf cart service, there will be an additional charge of $250 to add this service. (2) Golf carts with (2) Drivers for entire event.
Bar/Alcohol Packages
The Barn at Rock Creek maintains an ABC permit, therefore all alcoholic beverages must be handled and served exclusively by The Barn at Rock Creek bar staff. NC Sales tax and 20% service will be added to the total bar. The second bar setup for Cocktail Hour is a $250 Set Up Fee.
